Tracklayer. Cartons layers aggregation for pharmaceutical products
Tracklayer is a smart workstation able to read serialized carton layers directly inside the case. The integrated vision system can manage both the inspection of multiple cartons layers by using an overhead high-resolution camera, and their aggregation to cases and evenly pallets.

COMPACT AND EASY
A compact unit for the pharmaceutical aggregation of cartons to cases
Tracklayer is a stand alone worstation for the inspection of multiple layers of serialized cartons and their aggregation with cases and pallets.
The unit is very easy-to-use, and its workflow requires only few steps, that can be managed by a single operator. First, the case’s label is printed, checked and applied on the packaging unit. Then, the case is placed on the inspection platform to be filled manually with a first layer of serialized cartons. At this time, the system automatically optimize the inspection to check all the cartons codes at once, thus performing the aggregation of cartons to the case.
The HMI of Tracklayer displays in real-time all the inspection results, highlighting possible issues to the operator such as: errors, defects, or low ANSI Grading quality – to ensure an error-free production. The Station allows a quick changeover for the inspection of a variety of cartons formats.
Tracklayer is compact and fully portable: a value-for-money solution, perfect in case of small scale production.
The station is available in two different models: Tracklayer L – and Tracklayer T. The L version features a software-controlled motorized lift for the best focus optimization, in order to perform ANSI grading control on cases codes. The T version is more compact, with a movable camera to allow to adjust the correct acquisition distance between carton layers and cameras.

The workstation Tracklayer features a compact design made to boost movement. This makes the station perfect to be placed everywhere in pharmaceutical production, even in case of limited spaces.
The system is specifically designed for the pharmaceutical market, and it is compliant with the industry regulations, with user access regulated by FDA 21 CFR part 11 and annex 11. All events are registered by the software in an Audit Trail file to keep track of all the security-relevant activities.
The continuous Software development follows Gamp 5, to always improve products quality and consistency.

A powerful inspection and automation software: Tracker
The workstation includes Tracker, a powerful system, completely developed in-house by SEA Vision. Tracker is capable to perform complete sets of inspection on 1D, 2D codes, data matrix and OCV/OCR controls on characters in a completely trusty way and allows the complete serialization and aggregation of the products according to GS1 standards and worldwide Track&Trace regulations (e.g. DSCSA for the USA, EU-FMD for Europe). Tracker communicates with Level 3 and Level 4 serialization software for serial numbers provisioning and posting operations.

Logi-C virtual PLC
The latest generation systems of SEA Vision include a virtual PLC, in always more performant software. Logi-C is the new software tool developed by SEA Vision to program complex automation logic. The smart tool is useful to perform different automation processes, with the help of guided instructions. Logi-C works just like a traditional PLC, adding more power and configurability.

Tracklayer is natively integrated with Yudoo, the 4.0 pharrmaceutical software suite for the full management of automation processes, digital quality, data analysis and for Track&Trace. A digital hub that is everywhere accessible through a secure-access web interface or dedicated devices.
